Cuisinart Food Processor Blade Recall Class Action Settlement
Settlement Deadline: December 13, 2020

If you own a Cuisinart food processing machine, you may be entitled to $15 from this settlement. Conair Corporation has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging some of its Cuisinart food processors come with riveted blades that crack over time and cause portions of the blade to detach.

Anyone who has a Cuisinart food processor whose model number begins with the following:

  • DFP-7
  • DFP-11
  • DFP-14
  • DLC-5

  • DLC-3014
  • EV-7
  • EV-10
  • EV-11
  • EV-14

  • MP-14

If you have one of these models and it contains a riveted blade, stop using the riveted blade immediately.

Class Members are entitled to receive:

  • A replacement blade, and
  • A three-year warranty on your replacement blade.

NOTE: If you did not receive your replacement blade by the applicable deadline, you may be entitled to receive a $15 check. If you do not submit your replacement blade request by Dec. 13, 2020, you are not guaranteed to receive a replacement blade, and you will not receive a check.
