Tristar Power Pressure Cooker Class Action Settlement

Did you purchase a Tristar pressure cooker that was defective? You might be owed $72.50 in credit. A class action settlement is now providing owners of allegedly defective Tristar power pressure cookers with warranty extensions and credits toward purchases of new products.

The settlement Class covers all U.S. persons who between March 1, 2013 and Jan. 19, 2018 purchased power pressure cookers manufactured or marketed by Tristar.

$72.50 Credit.

Class Members can get a $72.50 credit toward the purchase of their choice of the following new kitchen appliances:

  • Power Cooker, a 10 qt. pressure cooker – Model No. PC-WAL4
  • Power Air Fryer XL, a 5.3 qt. air fryer – Model No. AF-530
  • Copper Chef XL Precision Induction Cooktop Set

Class Members can also get a free extension of their warranty through one year after the effective date of the settlement. The effective date will not be set until the court has granted final approval of the settlement and all opportunities for appeals have been exhausted.
