Qualifying Class Members may choose to receive one of the following benefits for each Class Washer they purchased or acquired:

A $50 cash payment;
A cash rebate worth either 20 percent or five percent of the purchase price of a new Electrolux-manufactured appliance. A full list of the qualifying appliances is available here; or
Reimbursement for up to $500 to cover out-of-pocket expenses incurred in addressing mold and mildew issues that were “persistent” – i.e., occurred more than once. Reimbursements for garments and fabric goods damaged due to the mold and mildew issue are limited to $150 out of the total $500 limit.

Class Members who did not experience a mold or mildew issue with their Class Washer are not entitled to the $50 cash payment or the 20 percent rebate.
