Takata Airbag Class Action Settlement
Settlement Deadline: October 25, 2018

Do You Have a Vehicle With a Takata Airbag? See What You Can Claim! BMW, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru and Toyota have reportedly agreed to settle economic loss class action lawsuits related to the Takata airbag defect.

These airbag class action settlements will resolve allegations that the car companies manufactured, distributed or sold vehicles that contain Takata airbags with allegedly defective deflators that, when deployed, could cause the airbag to rupture and expel debris or shrapnel into the vehicle. The plaintiffs allege that they sustained economic losses as a result of the defective Takata airbags.

Class Members include anyone who owned or leased any of the subject vehicles in the United States as of June 9, 2017, and anyone who formerly owned and/or leased the subject vehicles and who sold or returned the subject vehicles between April 11, 2013 and June 9, 2017.
